Improper warm-up led to a very slow time, the first 12 squat cleans took me forever because I tried to get this one done faster cause I woke up late. Liked the 12-8-4 rep scheme, think I will have 3 movements next time. I think this rep scheme just lends itself better to 3 lifts.
