Unearned rest day

Honestly feeling sore and worn out today even though the last two days work didn't seem too difficult. Plus the left over knee soreness from yesterday is not helping either. Going to go ahead and be conservative and stick to my own definition and call this one unearned, mainly due to the fact that I felt like I should have gotten something done today and didn't.
