A place for me to record my efforts, keep on track, and finally get my personal records to where they should be....hopefully finding a simple way to attain these goals
Going to really see how much strength I can gain in my upper body in a week because otherwise this 300 workout a week from today will not go well. Pushups I hit the wall way too early and had all kinds of problems keeping the bar up for the floor wipers. This week you will notice a very specific change in the training to try and fix this ASAP.
