Run 1 mile (7:15)
Weighted Pullups 10lbs, strict pullups

Shin still killing me and bruised. Really wished it would go away, its been a week now.

with included access to a c2 you should be getting on that thing every other week. setting some baselines might be a good idea. 500, 1000, 2000, and 5k are pretty standard.
