Absolutely loved both the simplicity and brutality of this workout. Perhaps my favorite "type" of programming, short, sweet and easily mistaken for being easy. Hoping to repeat this as rx'd in the next few months with the goal of the same or a little better time with the heavier weight, obviously that is hoping for strength and breath gains between now and then.
