Hang Power Clean, any power clean really still one of my weakest movements. Significant amounts of work need to be done on form for the clean.

spend the time, learn to be more efficient within all movements, and re-test. at least now you have something to come back and compare to down the road vs wondering blindly into the future with no idea where you've been. it's a lot easier to build upon where we're at if we know where we've been.

I know. I am already really glad that I have this(thanks for the assist). I will no longer say "I think this is what I did it in last time" or "I think that was my old PR". Cause honestly history is only valuable for comparison and what we are now is what matters.
