Burnout

This workout had no time element. The next two days are planned and earned rest, therefore today's workout was purely planned to break it all down for the next two rest days for to build back up.

As may reps as possible until failure of the following exercises:

Pull-ups
35# single arm Dumbbell clean and press
Floor wiper @135#
pushups
Push press @ 95#
