30 C2B/A2B
C2B and Ankles 2 bar must be done without coming off the bar or rep does not count. Do C2B pull up then A2B = 1 rep. Repeat.

Would really like to see a time for someone good at pull ups on this one. I feel like a good number of the c2b/a2b could be done successfully by someone with enough grip strength and core strength to truly be able to control themselves on the way down from the ankles to bar and go straight into the Kip for the next pull up. Someone let me know if it does.

had the mutant makers done in 2:48 then took 30 seconds to regroup before hitting the c2b/a2b combo (this needs a name). started off good with 5,3,3,3 but had to go singles from there after barely missing contact with the bar on a couple second c2b attempts. wasted energy. i can't believe i spent 10 minutes on part 2. arms were fried. never got the rythm down that you mention above but i do think it's possible with practice. would be impressive to witness.
